THE JASON FOUNDATION, INC

        Since 1998, Dr. Tullis and his wife, Madge, have worked closely with Clark Flatt, who founded the Jason Foundation, Inc. after the suicide of his son, Jason.

        The Tullises and Clark have presented at suicide prevention conferences across Tennessee and served together on the Advisory Council for the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network.

        Along with former Surgeon General David Satcher, Dr. Tullis has served on the Medical Advisory Board of the Jason Foundation, Inc., since October, 2002.
